Where is my item made?

Every UHM STUDIOS piece is handcrafted by Emma Lewis in Toronto, Canada. 

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes! We accept custom requests and can make something special for you. Please message us on Instagram or email us to get the process started. Please include the length, style, and materials you'd like to be used, and any inspiration you may have. Please note we do not make copies of other brand's jewelry but are happy to make something one of a kind for you!

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include duties or taxes, the buyer may be responsible for any on receipt of the package.

How long do orders take?

Pieces typically take 2-7 business days to be made. During busy periods, this may extend to 10 business days. We always recommend ordering ahead of special events and holidays, or letting us know your timeline so we can process your order as urgently as possible. 

Do you accept returns and refunds?

I'm sorry you are no longer happy with your piece! All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. All other pieces are accepted for a return with store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Please email or DM us to start the process. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges at this time. All items purchased on sale or discount are final sale.

What do you ship your items in?

Most of our items are hand-packed with compostable tissue paper in a recyclable box. When these are not available, we use bubble mailers to ensure the security of your item. 

How long does it take to ship?

Shipping lengths vary based on your location and selected shipping method. We do our best to get it to you as soon as possible, however delays may occur that our beyond our control. I highly recommend upgrading to express shipping and letting me know that it's an urgent order if you need it by a certain date.

Are there duties and taxes on my orders?

At this time we are not able to cover duties + taxes on international orders, please understand that there may be fees and always check to see which country we are shipping from.
